Found a big (15mm) grass spider (Agelenopsis) in the sink and managed to get a few decent pictures including nice shots of the looped embolus at the end of each pedipalp in front.
I love the fact that the Internet has made it possible that I can now not only identify arbitrary bugs with a few minutes of searching, but also learn a ton of details. An hour ago, I knew nothing about Agelenopsis, emboluses, or pedipalps.
